1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 chopped apple
1 tablespoon chia
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash of sea salt
5 ice cubes
2 chopped pitted dates
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Blend everything in blender until smooth and enjoy!
